How would you describe your style of therapy?
I work from an integrative perspective, meaning I draw from different theories of psychotherapy in order to tailor my approach specifically to you. Common themes in my sessions include targeting your self-talk; shifting unhelpful patterns of thought; exploring messages you’ve learned about yourself, your identities, and the world; and examining how your early life experiences may be impacting your current relationships.
